Job summary

Westrock Orthodontics in Fayetteville and Springdale is seeking a caring Orthodontic Assistant to join our compassionate team. Under the supervision of licensed Orthodontists, you will deliver hands-on clinical care and help create an uplifting experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include chairside support during exams and procedures, archwire placement/removal, 3D digital scans, appliance fabrication, patient education, and meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Background in dental or orthodontic assisting with a solid understanding of ortho appliances, procedures, and terminology.
• Heart & Character: genuinely nice, kind, and respectful to team members, patients, and doctors.
• Proactive Team Player: strong customer service, computer literacy, and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility: comfortable sharing time and energy across Fayetteville and Springdale clinics.

• Expanded clinical care: place and remove archwires, coil springs, bands, retainers, and attachments.
• Digital scans: perform precise 3D digital scans and assist in fabricating appliances.
• Patient education: guide patients on treatment plans and appliance care.
• Operatory prep: prepare treatment suites and sterilize equipment.
• Documentation: maintain thorough, accurate treatment notes.
