Job summary

Corus Orthodontists is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join Short Orthodontics, part of our growing network. You will support orthodontists, manage records, and help educate patients to ensure a positive experience.

We value a team player who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Training is provided for orthodontic software and safety standards to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• An Orthodontic Assistant is preferred or a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Comfortable with health and safety regulations and clinical standards.
• Willing to learn and grow; orthodontic software experience is a plus, but training is available.
• Strong people skills; can connect with patients, parents, and coworkers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles.
• Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision.
• Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance.
• Keep the clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments and prep materials.
• Greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visits.
