LOA Orthodontics in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant who will support our doctor team, help with chairside care, take X-rays, fabricate retainers, and keep charting accurate. The role requires professionalism, friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay organized and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related orthodontic assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish a trusting rapport with patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices.
• Chairside assistance with patient care including placing/removing orthodontic appliances.
• Take X-Rays, photos, fabricate retainers.
• Maintain patients’ charts and accurately transcribe doctor notes.
• Keep patient rooms stocked, clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
• Be receptive to coaching and training from doctors to develop skills.
• Other duties as required.
