Shine Ortho Studio in Northwest Ohio is seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant to support the orthodontist and cultivate lasting patient relationships. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, friendly care in a fast-paced practice that values excellence.

You will assist with bonding, debonding, seating appliances, radiography, case tracking in EasyRX, iTero scans, and maintaining spotless, OSHA-compliant lab and treatment areas.

Responsibilities

• Seat patients promptly and ensure comfort during visits.
• Review and update patient health histories.
• Prepare treatment room and instruments prior to orthodontist's arrival.
• Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures.
• Capture radiographs and maintain accurate records.
• Log cases in EasyRX and chart in WAVE daily.
• Perform iTero scans within the 7-minute benchmark.
• Fabricate and trim retainers as part of lab work.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant sterilization and lab area.
• Monitor supplies and support clinic operations.
