LOA Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support the doctor team and patients with professional, friendly care. The role includes chairside assistance, taking X-rays, and preparing and sterilizing equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of orthodontics and treatment appliances.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take X-rays and document patient notes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and provide high level of customer service.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices.
• Assist chairside with placement/removal of appliances.
• Take X-rays and photos, fabricate retainers as needed.
• Maintain patient charts and transcribe doctor notes.
