Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join a multi-location team in Willowbrook, IL. You will support the orthodontist in chair-side procedures, prepare patients, take digital radiographs, and assist with lab work.

The role includes travel to sister clinics, patient education, and maintaining records. Monday–Wednesday 8:45am–5:00pm, Thursday–Friday 6:45am–3:00pm, with two Saturdays per month and two 9:45am–6:00pm shifts per month.

Qualifications

• 1 year orthodontic assisting experience required.
• Availability on Saturdays.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certificate of completion for Orthodontic Assistant Courses preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
• Can multitask.
• Be professional, organized, and have strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatments and take X-Rays/impressions.
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and manage records.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care.
