Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team in Homewood, IL. You will support the orthodontist, assist in chairside procedures, and help prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and handle radiographs.

Responsibilities include record-keeping, patient education on oral hygiene, and assisting with laboratory tasks. Flexibility for travel to sister clinics is required; Saturdays are expected.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic assisting experience is required (1 year)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Certificate for orthodontic assistant courses preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatments, including cleaning and taking X-Rays.
• Assist orthodontist during procedures and adjust braces or appliances.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
• Manage patient records and charts; educate patients on care and maintenance.
• Travel to sister clinics as needed and assist with administrative tasks.
