We're seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team.

How You'll Make Us Better
Responsible for delivering a positive clinical experience to all patients while following strict adherence to company policies, state dental laws, rules, and regulations under the supervision of an Orthodontist.

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under supervision
• Review patient charts, log data, and transcribe notes
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision
• Review remote monitoring dashboard, triage patient scans, respond to messages, and notifications
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatory following protocols
• Adhere to infection-control policies

Your Skills

• Establish and maintain good relationships with patients and coworkers
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Listen and understand information

Prerequisites

• Build rapport with patients
• Use hand tools
