Job description

Our orthodontic office is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing practice. If you are positive, energetic, a quick learner, and a strong team player, we would love to meet you! We take great pride in providing the best possible experience for every patient we see. Our future Orthodontic Assistant is ideally well-versed in patient communication, customer service, and chairside assisting.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine orthodontic adjustments
2. Assist the doctor with bondings, appliance deliveries, and aligner starts
3. Perform iTero scans
4. Maintain patient records, including taking intraoral and extraoral photos and x-rays
5. Perform sterilization duties
6. Provide outstanding customer service to patients and exhibit professionalism in all aspects

Qualifications:

1. X-ray certification preferred
2. Orthodontic assisting experience preferred
3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
4. Energetic and outgoing

Compensation:

$16 - $22 hourly
