Job summary

Toothman Orthodontics is seeking a Clinical Assistant to support our doctors in a fast-paced, on-site setting across Frederick and Hagerstown locations. You will assist chairside, prepare teeth for bonding, and help with appliance placement while maintaining a patient-centric approach.

We value reliability, punctuality, and a great attitude; dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, and training is possible for the right candidate who wants to learn and contribute long-term.

Qualifications

• Must-have communication and patient-care skills.

• Experience in dental/orthodontic assisting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures.
• Prepare teeth for bonding/debonding.
• Place/remove appliances; bracket and band setup.
• Take digital x-rays, photos, and 3D scans.
• Educate and motivate patients.
• Manage a busy schedule and assist with chairside scheduling.
• Complete daily clinical and sterilization duties.

Toothman Orthodontics, a family-owned practice serving the community for almost 50 years, is looking for Clinical Assistants who will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting our doctors in a fast-paced clinical setting. Role Description

This position is full-time on-site role and requires travel to both our Frederick and Hagerstown, MD locations.

• Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures
