Brenn Orthodontics in Burbank, CA is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant (RDA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate has strong chairside manners, excellent patient relations, and experience in a fast-paced orthodontic setting.

Responsibilities include assisting the orthodontist, digital x-rays, instrument sterilization, inventory management, and maintaining a paperless workflow with HIPAA compliance. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have previous RDA experience.
• Ortho experience is ideal.
• Proficient in computer use in a paperless practice.
• Experience with Digital x-rays and ITero/3D scanning is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients, orthodontist, and team effectively.
• Restocks treatment rooms and clinical areas.
• Performs inventory of supplies.
• Greet patients and prepare treatment rooms.
• Steers patient schedules and supports the orthodontist during procedures.
• Records treatment rendered and sterilizes instruments after each patient.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and safety protocols.

Brenn Orthodontics is looking for an Orthodontic Assistant(RDA) to join our dedicated team! Our practice is well-known for providing the community with extraordinary Orthodontic care using state-of-the-art technology and modern techniques. The best candidate for this role has superior chairside manners and outstanding interpersonal skills, ensuring positive patient experiences.

Pay Range: $26-28 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Thursday
• Occasional Friday/Saturday
• 8:45 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the patients (parents/guardians), orthodontist, and other team members effectively
• Restocks all orthodontic treatment rooms and other clinical support areas
• Performs periodic inventory of all orthodontic supplies
• Welcomes patients to treatment rooms in a timely fashion
• Takes x-rays as prescribed
• Keeps the patient schedule on time by being aware of the daily schedule, working efficiently, and being a member of a cohesive team
• Assists the orthodontist with all assisting duties, including orthodontic procedures
• Records treatment rendered
• Sterilizes instruments and equipment after each patient appointment
• Maintains dependable job attendance
• Adheres to all safety and infection control rules
• Complies with HIPAA and maintains confidential information
• Uses appropriate safety equipment

Qualifications
