Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) license required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• 2+ years as a Nurse Manager or Charge preferred.
• 1+ year in Ortho Trauma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of functions.
• Support efficient admission and discharge processes.
• Participate in assessing the quality of patient care services.
• Engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Support inventory control and manage supplies.
