Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Registered Nurse at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy in Omaha to provide compassionate, high-quality care across the patient journey. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements include graduation from an RN program, Nebraska RN license upon hire, and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license in NE, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Provide education and discharge planning as part of care delivery.
• Maintain patient safety and quality standards throughout care.
