CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care and contribute to excellent patient outcomes in a dynamic trauma-capable center in Omaha, NE. The role demands critical thinking, strong assessment skills, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
A required RN program graduate and active NE license, with BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP anticipated within specified months, ensure readiness for this
Qualificações
- Graduate of an RN nursing program
- Registered Nurse license (NE)
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 5 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 5 months
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months
Responsabilidades
- Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate with ongoing updates
- Assess psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors
- Plan measurable short and long-term goals with the healthcare team
- Implement and modify the care plan including education and discharge planning
- Evaluate progress with the multidisciplinary team and adjust care as needed
- Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record
