Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedics and Trauma to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards and practice guidelines.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, advocate for patients, and educate patients and families to ensure understanding of conditions, treatments, and follow-up measures.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.
• Licensed as RN or APRN with RN Diploma as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts, report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and medications.
