Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg Ortho Trauma team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult orthopedic and trauma patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support safe transitions of care, and educate patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and plan nursing interventions for adult orthopedic and trauma patients.
• Implement nursing care and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care.
