Bronson Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Ortho Surgical Unit at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo Campus. The OSU is a 24-bed medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedic procedures and post-op recovery.

You will work in a collaborative team to provide high-quality patient care and discharge planning. The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, MI RN license, and BSN within 8 years; BLS; and unit-specific certifications as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; BSN must be obtained within 8 years.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing for Michigan; BLS certification.

• Deliver patient care using nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate discharge planning and treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies.
• Maintain documentation and monitor patient status and safety.
