The role requires graduation from an Accredited Surgical Technology Program or equivalent experience, BLS within 6 months, and orthopedic OR experience preferred; base salary range is $28–$37 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a 30-hour week option.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technology Program or equivalent on‑the‑job training.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 1 year orthopedic OR experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist surgeons during operations and maintain sterile technique.
• Prepare and label specimens, arrange equipment, and assist anesthesia as needed.
• Support patient care before and after procedures and document activities.
