Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license (single state or compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with required clinical hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Deliver patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and individualized plans.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation.
