Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital in Denver, CO seeks a compassionate RN to join the 3 West Surgical Unit. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and support families through the care journey.

You will apply the nursing process, ensure safety, and participate in education, discharge planning, and continuous quality improvement in a Magnet-designated facility. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, accurate documentation, and professional growth

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing; RN license required.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: Medium Work; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, wound care, catheterization, and specimen collections.
• Document patient status and outcomes accurately; use IT tools to communicate and support decision-making.
