Job summary

BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine in Boulder, CO is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Sports Medicine team. You will assess sports-related injuries, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with orthopedic physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

This full-time, onsite role offers remote call with no in-person night or weekend call, a starting salary of $110,000 to $145,000 per year, and eligible bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Current Colorado Physician Assistant license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients presenting with sports-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, and musculoskeletal complaints.
• Obtain medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develop and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with orthopedic physicians.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing within your scope of practice.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
