OrthoVirginia Inc in Virginia is seeking fellowship-trained, board-certified/eligible orthopedic Spine Surgeons to join our Richmond and Blacksburg practices. You will work with a team of specialists across spine, general orthopedics, and sports medicine in a robust, outpatient setting.

This private practice/partnership track position offers a clear pathway to ownership, with opportunities in imaging and physical therapy, along with a strong compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Spine surgery specialization required, handling cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures.
• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery; Virginia licensure active or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma.
• Pursue a shareholding/partnership path with opportunities in imaging and therapy services.
• Participate in general orthopedic call as part of private practice/partnership track.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient spine care and manage spinal conditions.
