Mercy in Oklahoma seeks a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process and maintain professional accountability. You will coordinate care with other departments while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain an active RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications may be required based on unit/position (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM).

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
