Job summary

Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Ortho/Spine program. The role is full time with a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, overseeing clinical and administrative program leadership, education, and quality improvement.

You will coordinate care across disciplines, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient satisfaction and cost-efficient care across the continuum. A BSN and IL RN license are required, with CPR certification, and five years of direct

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Five years of clinical direct patient care experience required.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure required.
• Current CPR Certification by AHA or ARC required.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in healthcare-related field or progress toward.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Epic is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate applicable program(s) and initiatives.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership in patient care across the continuum.
• Monitor and improve program quality, satisfaction and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IDPH, Joint Commission).
• Develop education materials and coordinate staff education and competencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, case management, therapists, and others.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Five years of clinical direct patient care experience

Master’s Degree in healthcare-related field (preferred)

Current CPR Certification

Proficient in Microsoft Office
