Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst Enabling Tech Supply Chain to provide financial leadership for the DePuy Synthes manufacturing team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will own standard costing, partner with supply chain finance, and deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 3+ years finance experience, advanced Excel, and proficiency with SAP or Anaplan.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required; Accounting or Finance major preferred.
• A CPA, MBA, CMA or similar certification is preferred.
• 3+ years finance experience required; related experience welcomed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Advanced Excel and presentations skills are required.
• Collaborative style and ability to work in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close for the local ledger.
• Ensure sub ledgers feed accurately to the GL.
• Prepare and submit standard monthly management reports.
• Perform detailed monthly variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet.
• Lead standard cost processes for Orthopedics franchise and related projects.
• Provide financial leadership to DePuy Synthes supply chain finance teams.
