Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time experience in acute care.
• ACLS as of start date for most units; NRP/PALS/CPI/ NIH could be required per unit.
• NIH within 90 days for ICU/PCU; PALS and CPI within 90 days for ER; PACU requires PALS within 90 days.

• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
