The position requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations, RN licensure, and BCLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. Sign-on bonus and student loan reimbursement are offered, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred; PALS and NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care according to nursing process and policies.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety throughout care.
• Documents care and education thoroughly in the medical record.
