Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital is seeking a New Grad RN Resident in Orthopaedics to join the 2 East team. This one-year program delivers hands-on learning with a dedicated success coach and a supportive environment in a 148-bed community hospital setting.

You will care for post-surgical orthopaedic and spine patients, participate in a structured residency core curriculum, and build a rewarding nursing career with ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
• Current state RN licensure
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• New graduate RN or <1 year RN experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective action.
• Seek supervision and assistance when needed.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
