Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• RDA certification highly desired; required within six months of hire.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a professional dental clinic preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced computer use and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment for each patient and assist dentist during procedures.
• Question patients about medical history and record information for dentist's reference.
• Take X-rays and impressions; prepare study models or temporary crowns.
• Apply topical anesthetic, assist with suction, and maintain mouth isolation.
• Follow CDC/OSHA/ADA sterilization and infection control guidelines.
• Provide clinic support and participate in community outreach as needed.
