Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic procedures.
• Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and address patient concerns.
• Prepare and administer barium salts or other chemical mixtures if necessary.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under supervision of a Radiologist and/or physician.
• Maintain records and files as directed.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and adjusted properly.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• State of Kentucky License and board eligibility required.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Preferred: 2 years of previous radiology experience.

Pay Range

$21.80 - $31.62 per hour
