Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced or new Physical Therapist for an orthopedics outpatient facility in Fort Collins, CO. Expect one-on-one patient care with a supportive clinical team and a flexible schedule that includes dedicated documentation time.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, designing care plans, educating patients, and monitoring progress, with no weekend requirements. Work location is in person with opportunities to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic and neurological patient care focus.
• One-on-one patient care orientation.
• Accurate clinical documentation and teamwork communication.
• Outpatient setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
