Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced or new Physical Therapist for an outpatient opportunity with our client in Fort Collins. The role offers one-on-one patient care, a supportive clinical team, and a flexible schedule with dedicated documentation time.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing plans of care, delivering tailored treatment, educating patients, and maintaining documentation. In-person work with potential to grow to full-time.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
