Qualifications

• RN with evidence of licensure.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness, home care needs, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with interprofessional team.
• Assesses patient needs and communicates plan of care across the continuum.
