Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Columbia, SC is seeking an Orthodontic Patient Services Coordinator for full-time hours. You will welcome patients, schedule appointments, assist with billing and inquiries, and create a fun, kid-friendly experience.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage a busy front desk. Training is provided; 30+ hours/week with daytime shifts in a supportive pediatric dental team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, but we will train the right person!
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills
• Experience with Cloud9 software or iTero scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer incoming patient calls and assist with scheduling, billing and general inquiries.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Process insurance verifications and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collect payments and call on past due accounts.

• 8-hour shifts
• Daytime hours – No nights!
