Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care on the 1 South orthopedic/neurologic unit under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will collect vital signs, assist with ADLs, document care, and support patient safety and family education.

This full-time, on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid CNA license; night shift from 6:45pm to 7:15am, 36 hours per week, with holiday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant license is required.
• Experience assisting with ADLs and vital signs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under nurse supervision and supports patient safety.
• Administers or assists with ADLs, takes vital signs, and monitors intake/output.
• Documents patient care activities with appropriate terminology and reports changes to the nurse.
• Maintains supplies and equipment to meet patient needs and supports family education.
• Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory initiatives.
