Job summary

AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Sports Med and Rehab team. The role involves evaluating and treating orthopaedic patients, collaborating with physicians to build referral networks, and supporting community education efforts.

Minimum qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred), a current PT license or PT-TEMP, and BLS/CPR certification. 1+ year orthopedic experience is preferred; local Florida residency is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Field Of Study: Physical Therapy.
• 1+ year experience treating orthopedic patients (preferred).
• Licenses: BLS/CPR required; PT license or PT-TEMP license.

Responsibilities

• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely following standards of practice and department policy.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques.
• Supports community education and outreach to extend clinical expertise.
