AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab – Celebration in Celebration, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess and treat orthopedic patients on a full-time basis. The role involves developing and implementing care plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating discharge planning within a collaborative team.

Qualified candidates will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred) and have BLS CPR certification; PT or PT-TEMP licensure is required.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy required or preferred.
• 1 year experience treating orthopedic patients preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient ability to safely perform functional mobility tasks and evaluate musculoskeletal systems.
• Monitor patient response and progress; adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Provide discharge planning and guidance on adaptive equipment and follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare teams across care settings.
