Job summary

ARMStaffing in Logan, UT is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics on a 13-week contract. Day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with guaranteed 36 hours per week and potential up to 40 hours.

The clinician will deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care, evaluate patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans. Expect to manage 12–14 patients daily with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week and float between BAW-Logan locations as directed.

Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• State license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services for orthopedic conditions.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with productivity targets.
• Double-book follow-up visits as required.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
• Float to other locations as directed (BAW-Logan-826 and BAW-Logan South-860A).
