Back @ Work Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient ortho team in Logan, UT. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear growth path tailored to every career stage.

You’ll deliver evidence-based care and collaborate with a supportive team in a busy outpatient setting. Our compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, with a monthly bonus program and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
• Active / pending Utah Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.

Education
