Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Logan, Utah. The assignment is 13 weeks long with 40 hours per week, typically days 8-hour shifts. The role involves floating to other clinics as needed and serving an outpatient orthopedics population.

Candidates must have an accredited PT degree and an active state license; BLS may be required. First-time travelers and new graduates will not be considered. Overtime requires director approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have outpatient experience.
• First-time travelers will not be considered.
• New graduates will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Float to other clinics as needed.
• Work with outpatient orthopedics patient population.
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Expected patient volume of 12–14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked.
