Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing, have at least two years of experience, and possess Texas licensure with PSV compact, BLS certification, and Magnet recognition.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years nursing experience in a healthcare environment, with at least one year in the clinical area.
• RN - Texas licensure (PSV Compact); obtain permanent Texas license within 60 days if establishing residency; BLS; Magnet ANCC HM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient nursing care and perform comprehensive assessments.
• Assist with exams, treatments, and documentation; mentor staff.
• Lead unit governance activities and serve as charge nurse when needed.
