Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Texas to coordinate perioperative patient care using the nursing process. The RN assesses patients, develops care plans, and evaluates responses, ensuring safe passage through surgical and recovery phases.

Required BSN and an active RN license, with at least 2 years RN experience; OR scrub experience in orthopedics/spine preferred.

• BSN required.
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience.
• OR Scrub experience preferred in Orthopedics and Spine.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients using the nursing process and develop care plans.
• Coordinate care and ensure safe passage for patients.
• Delegate nursing interventions per Texas Nursing Practice Act and competency.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships and educate patients and families.
• Support learning and quality improvement within the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize patient outcomes.
