Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Operating Room (OR) Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) team.

This role is responsible for providing perioperative nursing care, ensuring patient safety, maintaining a sterile surgical environment, and collaborating closely with orthopedic and pain management surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff throughout the surgical process.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Current CLS & PALS Certification.
• CNOR (preferred).
• 1-2 years of operating room experience with orthopedic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Circulate cases such as Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular Procedures and Pain Management.
• Demonstrates a positive can do attitude.
• Maintain sterile technique and adherence to AORN standards.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Communicate clearly with team and patients.
