Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care within scope of practice, including vital sign monitoring and hygiene assistance.
• Communicates effectively with the care team, including handoffs and bedside shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills with guidance from an RN and feedback.
• Maintains a clean, organized work environment meeting safety standards.
• Performs hourly rounding and provides purposeful patient interactions.
