Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care within scope, monitor vitals, assist with comfort.
• Communicate with care team; participate in handoffs and bedside shift reports.
• Develop clinical skills under RN guidance; seek feedback and apply evidence-based practices.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas meeting safety standards.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and proper storage after discharge.
• Perform hourly rounding and foster therapeutic patient interactions.
• Document tasks accurately and timely per policy.
• Maintain excellent customer service with patients and families.
