Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with care team, including handoffs and bedside shift reports.
• Develops clinical skills by asking questions and applying evidence-based practices under supervision.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and ensures safety and compliance.
• Performs hourly rounding and documents tasks clearly and promptly.
