Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking a travel RN for a night shift on a high-acuity unit in West Virginia. The role requires at least 2 years of RN experience with 1 year in the specialty, BCLS certification, and familiarity with telemetry monitoring and IV starts. ACLS/NIH certifications are preferred.

Travel flexibility and a 100-mile radius policy apply. Expect 36 or 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours on 4x12 shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in the specialty area.
• BCLS required; ACLS and NIH certifications preferred.
• Travel experience encouraged; first-time travelers accepted.
• Willing to travel within 100 miles; locals are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients on telemetry and administer cardiac medications.
• Start IVs and manage oxygen therapy as needed.
• Provide patient care on nights, following unit protocols.
• Collaborate with staff and float to other shifts as needed.
