Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Beckley, West Virginia. The nurse will provide care on a Med Surg/Telemetry unit with 12-hour night shifts, 42 hours per week, for 13 weeks. ACLS/BLS/NIH certs and 1–2 years acute care experience are required.

The role involves monitoring telemetry data, interpreting readings, and acting on abnormal findings, with emphasis on bedside care and patient safety in a fast-paced travel setting.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required.
• 1–2 years' recent acute care experience requested.
• Telemetry RN competency for monitoring and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care for telemetry patients.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and interpret displays.
• Identify irregular readings and notify medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data.
