Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care seeks an RN Ortho Neuro to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting. You will assess, monitor, document patient conditions, administer medications, and respond promptly to patient needs.

Collaborate with care teams, perform procedures, and educate patients and families about conditions and treatments while advocating for patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Perform procedures as appropriate for ortho/neuro cases.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments.
