Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support the SPAH 5A Ortho Joint/Spine Unit. This unlicensed role works under a nurse, providing basic patient care and helping with admissions and discharges.

The position is full-time, days, 7am–7pm, with every other weekend. Requirements include a High School diploma and BLS within 90 days; CNA/NA or other qualifying certification; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• One year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Support admissions and discharge processes.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
